Journal of a voyage to California, 1849.

The journal of George A. Munro as he traveled on board the ship Magnolia. The journal begins on 8 Feb. 1849 and concludes on 21 Dec. 1849. Munro, a house carpenter, was from Bristol, Rhode Island. He spent several months at the gold diggings, including those at Sutter's Mill.
